Founded in 2018 by Anna and Daria, our Helsinki Dance Studio has a variety of dance styles. Our experienced teachers offer high heels, strip, pole, contemporary, hip-hop, dance styles for kids, and stretching classes.

  • HIGH HEELS
    This dance is all about confidence, sensuality, and inner energy. You will master elegant moves, graceful spins, and striking poses that highlight your personality. Each choreography is tailored to specific music tracks.
  • CONTEMPORARY
    Contemporary art of movement is born from the dancer's emotions. In our classes, you'll connect deeply with the essence of dance, explore your body's full potential, and express your emotions through rhythm.
  • POLE HEELS
    Pole combines acrobatics and coordination skills, emphasizing fluid movements and tricks performed on the pole. It's a workout that tones muscles, builds confidence, and empowers you to express yourself.
  • FRAME UP STRIP
    Strip is known for its diversity in expression and tempo, focusing on musicality and movement sharpness. The style is physically demanding, engaging nearly all muscles. We also learn acrobatic elements on the floor.
  • STREET STYLES
    Dive into Street Styles, where you can explore diverse dance genres each month. From the rhythms of hip-hop to the moves of waacking and the beats of house, our classes cover a broad range of styles that keep your dance journey exciting.
  • COMMERCIAL
    Dynamic style that combines elements of hip-hop, jazz, and contemporary dance with energetic and expressive movements. It is often performed in music videos, concerts, and stage performances, focusing on entertainment, personality, and performance quality.
  • YOGA
    Enhance your flexibility and body elasticity with our stretching program. These classes are designed to improve circulation, strengthen muscles, and increase the range of motion in your joints. You will also improve your coordination.
  • DANCE FOR KIDS
    Contemporary Dance classes offer playful routines for kids ages 6-8, more advanced techniques for ages 9-12, and dynamic choreography for teens ages 12-15. Street Styles class for ages 13-16 explores hip-hop, waacking, house, and more.
